IT Director
Wayne is responsible for IT services at Parseq. He has also been instrumental in the design and development of software packages to support Parseq’s secure print production.
He’s an experienced IT professional, with 28 years’ experience in the financial services sector. Wayne has proven success in managing software and hardware solutions for core business systems across various industry sectors including insurance, banking and the retail sector.
Wayne’s technical background and diverse hands-on IT skills has enabled him to lead, drive and transform the IT services, equipment and software within the former TALL Group. He led the development of payment solutions which resulted in the according of the Queen’s Award for Innovation in 2015.
Wayne takes a process driven and structured approach to problem solving and has encouraged this within his teams. Wayne’s specialisms feature the successful implementation of new IT solutions as well as wider IT business strategy including organisational planning and re-alignment, process re-engineering and business operations management.
Wayne has provided technical leadership across the organisation together with relationship building and management of client software and hardware systems.
