The CheXpress® CX30 may be the simplest cheque scanner to use in the whole world.
“Straightforward” Operation
We designed the CX30 with the simplest possible feed path: Forward and back in a straight line, rather than around a curved “horseshoe” track. This simplified yet sturdy construction minimizes the number of jams, uses fewer moving parts, and requires almost no maintenance. It even gives the CX30 a slightly lower width than the Micro Elite RDC scanner which is currently the ultimate in compact form factors.
The CX30 operates in feed-and-return mode by default, but a rear hinge can be opened if you prefer to feed items straight through and have them exit through the back. This can be useful in obstructed locations where desktop space is tight, or for other modified uses such as kiosks and self-service stations.
Bank-Quality Construction at a Small Business Price
This low-cost powerhouse is made with the same high-quality components we use in our scanners for the teller window, giving you the same durability Digital Check is known for worldwide. While some RDC scanners use cheap construction with all plastic parts to reduce costs, the CX30 is built with a metal baseplate and long-lasting components like all our other devices.
It has the same high-quality image sensors and MICR read head that we use in our teller models, giving RDC users the accuracy and reliability that banks count on us to deliver!
