Parseq invests in Six Sigma training

It’s not uncommon in a large management team to find one or perhaps two employees who have undertaken a level of Six Sigma training. However, soon every single member of the finance and administration (F&A) management team at Parseq will have done just that as the firm continues to invest in ensuring its staff are most highly trained in the sector.

The investment will see ten members of the F&A management team undertake Six Sigma training to gain accreditation in both yellow and green belt, with a view for further training.

Adopted by industry giants such as Motorola, Six Sigma training will offer the Parseq’s management team even more tools to enable them to pass onto their clients increased customer satisfaction and profits by improving process efficiency and quality.

Craig Naylor-Smith, managing director comments: “The investment we’re making in our management team is to help us deliver outstanding results for our clients.

“As a business we look to achieve three simple, yet vital objectives for our clients – to acquire, to retain and improve. These, we believe, are the most important and valuable benefits offered through working with an outsourcing partner and also the values which govern our own business development and direction.

“We acquire the best talent in the industry, we retain employees by offering great career opportunities and improve skills by continually investing in our teams. We know this benefits our business and our clients.”
