Harvey Hieke joins Parseq’s Finance & Administration division as their new Head of Client and Business Development. Harvey brings with him over 29 years in the BPO industry and forms part of the senior leadership team working alongside Managing Director, Craig Naylor-Smith.
With an impressive track record of working with leading blue-chip organisations across financial services, utilities, telecoms and other public and private sectors, Harvey’s experience is extremely complimentary to Parseq’s existing markets and clients.
Welcoming him to the business, Craig Naylor-Smith commented, “I’m delighted that Harvey has joined our Finance and Administration division. He’ll be critical in shaping our future client direction and further fostering partner relationships that we’ve moved towards over the past couple of years.

Harvey was previously Senior Account Director for RR Donnelley. He spent over 19 years within their client function including the management of their offshoring proposition and strategic account development.
