Director of Client Services
In his current role as Director of Client Services, Mark is responsible for ensuring that all Parseq clients experience exceptional levels of service across all areas of our relationship. Mark, along with the client services team, invest in each client relationship to develop a clear strategic plan. This creates alignment with key business objectives from which products and services are fit for purpose both in the short and long term.
Mark Temple has previously spent over 20 years with secure print and payments specialists Checkprint Limited working with the customer contact centre to deliver the highest standards of operational and customer service across the business. For the last 10 years as a Key Account Manager, leading the key account team, Mark has supported financial institutions, corporates and SME’s providing a wide range of print and payment products.
Mark joined Checkprint Limited in 1999 which became a Parseq company as part of the TALL Group acquisition in 2023.
