Salary: Depending on experience

Working across all campaigns you will deliver exceptional training designed in line with key stakeholders and campaign requirements.  The role involves completing all elements of the Training Cycle in order to meet client requirements and achieve business KPI’s as agreed with line manager.

You will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely training, measuring output from all sessions delivered and manage delegates in accordance with Parseq policies and guidelines.  You will identify trends for improvement and build effective working relationships with stakeholders to provide operational support where necessary.

There may be occasions where travel and overnight accommodation is required.

Key Tasks

  • Effective, timely and successful delivery of induction training for all new starters including liaising and organising with key stakeholders to ensure a smooth on board experience for new delegates
  • Conduct ongoing, detailed learning needs analysis and provide and facilitate training solutions as appropriate
  • Design TTT, pilot and upskill sessions as necessary, prepare handouts and training materials to support sessions
  • When availability permits, complete a minimum of 3 hours of live calls during a four-week period
  • Support operational areas where required
  • Manage new delegates in line with Parseq HR policies, e.g. Timekeeping, absence and conduct within the training environment
  • Provide detailed and completed handover for Grad Bay to support delegates move to the live environment
  • Meet agreed KPI’s e.g. Course delivery, attrition of candidates, candidate 1:1’s live calls and project completion
  • Maintain consistent compliance standards (e.g. ISO, CCA) ensuring no major or minor non-conformances. Ensure corrective actions are completed following process
  • Maintain and track training MI including course attendance, training hours, course evaluation and changes made
  • Build effective relationships with campaign leaders and QA
  • Foster and maintain an attitude of ‘can do’ to support business areas
  • Adopt and enforce all industry regulations during training sessions to ensure Parseq meet the required compliance standards.
  • Foster a close working relationship with our Quality Teams & Compliance Officer to ensuring you keep abreast of key business, regulatory and industry developments/changes.
  • Constantly review and adapt your practices to ensure that your knowledge is current and covers current requirements.
