Technical Consultant - ServiceNow


We are looking for a Technical Consultant ServiceNow to support the Team Manager to provide an outsourced service which meets the service delivery description, whilst supporting the Team Manager in developing the Team to its full potential.



    • Computer Science Diploma or Degree.
    • ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA.
    • 4 – 7 years of ServiceNow Experience within modules/applications (and ServiceNow in general). For example, ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM
    • 4 – 7 years experience and hands-on development in general module configuration on the ServiceNow Platform.



    • Guide junior members of the team.
    • Candidate should be ready to travel and work at client sites.
    • Work without supervision on project work.
    • Must be able to work on multiple projects at the same time.
    • Reporting to the Technical Architect, ServiceNow Platform.
    • Responsible for working with other consultants on assigned projects, from build, testing, and documentation, and providing technical assistance to other team members for the ServiceNow Platform.
    • Working knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HR ITBM Service Portal Mobile Integration Hub on ServiceNow.
    • Configure and develop solutions on the ServiceNow Platform (i.e. Workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.)
    • Must be able to work on multiple projects at the same time.
    • Provide support with technical solutions within domain space (i.e. ITAM, ITSM, CSM, ITOM). Maintain up-to-date technical documentation.



    • This is a full-time role
    • 9.30 am – 6.00 pm
