Senior ServiceNow ITSM Developer Engineer

JOB PURPOSE: 

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow ITSM Developer Engineer to support the Team Manager to provide an outsourced service which meets the service delivery description, whilst supporting the Team Manager in developing the Team to its full potential.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• • Experience developing test scripts and plans
  • LDAP/Active Directory knowledge
  • A minimum of one year’s hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and administering one or more ServiceNow instances is required
  • Familiarity with LAN rev or a comparable lifecycle management platform is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features
  • Experience in a Managed Services environment
  • Working knowledge of configuration management and ITIL
  • Minimum 4/5 years designing ServiceNow development experience
  • architecture implementer on a mature installation
  • Demonstrated knowledge of service management processes, procedures, and software, and including knowledge of ServiceNow
  • Demonstrated experience assisting with ServiceNow configuration and deployment
  • Effectively collaborate with other engineers
