Monday – Friday 1pm – 5pm

Monday – Friday 3pm – 7pm

Monday – Friday 6pm – 10pm

Monday – Friday 7pm – 11pm

Monday & Friday 7 am – 3pm

Monday & Friday 10 am & 6pm

Salary: £14625 pro rata

Key tasks and responsibilities
We have an exciting opportunity for part-time Document Processing Assistants to join our team in Hellaby. Your primary purpose will be to process documentation in line with our Client’s requirements. The position calls for a methodical and analytically minded candidate, capable of working at speed with high levels of accuracy

You would be responsible for a wide variety of tasks including;

  • Process documentation to ensure it meets agreed policy requirements
  • Ensure documentation is genuine, original and unchanged
  • Providing effective and timely customer care to applicants
  • Following policies and procedures and keeping information confidential
  • Ensure we meet Client’s SLA timescales
  • To work flexibly and provide support to other operational colleagues / areas as required

Requirements

  • Computer literate and knowledge of Systems- preferably with experience of MS Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
  • Can demonstrate excellent visual checking, speed, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Have the ability to work in a methodical and analytical manner at speed
  • Thrive in a rules based environment
  • Have the ability to meet tight deadlines and targets
  • Thrive when working as part of a team

Flexibility is essential – Due to the nature of the role you must be able to pass a credit check and DBS check.
