What a remarkable year for the Finance & Administration division as 23 colleagues rack up 315 years’ service between them.

Throughout 2017, 23 of our people will reach a significant long-service milestone from 5 and 15 years’ service, right up to the greatest achievement of 30 years!

Such an occasion couldn’t go unnoticed so in a joint celebration everyone was presented with a thank you gift, certificate and their award by the Managing Director for Finance & Administration, Craig Naylor-Smith.

Catching up with Craig he had this to share: “I’m personally proud of this achievement and I’d like to thank everyone for their commitment, dedication and sheer hard work.

“We spend a lot of time at work and it’s important that we create the right environment for our people to perform and have fun. This level of long-service is testament to the teams that work here and the clients that they serve.

“Celebrating their success was a great event and recognised everyone’s valued contributions.”

Over the forthcoming weeks we’ll be hearing from a few of our long-service colleagues. In the meantime, here’s just what a few of them had to say about what they most enjoy about their role:

Carl Askew – 5 years’ service

“I really enjoy having a variety of tasks to complete so my working day isn’t repetitive. I also get to support the team.”

Julie Jones – 15 years’ service

“I enjoy working as part of a friendly team and working for an approachable team leader.”

Angela Siddall – 15 years’ service

“That would simply be keeping customers happy.”

Elaine Stevens – 15 years’ service

“The variation that each day brings with the different types of queries that we receive from our customers and clients.”

Lee Dodge – 5 years’ service

“Being trusted to make an informed judgement on an issue whilst having the support of the team leader if needed.”

Ann Blackbird – 15 years’ service

“Having a mix of things to do from opening and processing whitemail for payment clients to scanning, indexing and data capture.”

Huge congratulations to everyone!
