On Friday Parseq CEO, Rami Cassis, and Managing Director for Finance & Administration, Craig Naylor-Smith, hosted a number of employees over lunch to celebrate a special 10-year anniversary.

Fourteen employees began their career right back through Parseq’s heritage with Documetric, a business services company founded by Rami Cassis in 2007 and rebranded to Parseq in 2010 after having acquired Intelligent Environments. With over 160 years’ service between them and every single employee also moving site locations during that time, there was no better way to say thank you than a personal message from the CEO.

Bringing all of them together in the Boardroom at Parseq’s head office in Hellaby, Rotherham, they were rewarded gift vouchers and had the opportunity to share their own journeys over recent years.

On the industry’s development and long service achievement, Rami Cassis commented, “The way we work and deliver services to clients has evolved tremendously over the last 10 years and this is now the norm. Parseq has managed to consistently grow over the last decade by constantly looking at ways of implementing innovation and looking to our employees for ways of improving our service quality.

“An employment seniority of 10 years marks an important milestone in any environment and it is a privilege for Craig & I to work alongside our dedicated and committed colleagues.”

Craig Naylor-Smith also commented, “The sheer dedication of our people is testament to their own commitment and what they deliver every day for our clients. This year has been one of employee longevity and even though the days of a job for life seem to be a thing of the past, it really feels like this comes close.”

Parseq’s Finance and Administration division employs over 200 people in the UK with a network of European offices working with the UK’s top ten banks, leading utility providers, local authorities and telecommunication companies.
