We are pleased to be hosting a CCMA visit on the 21st of November 2017 at our Glasgow site. The best practice event and presentations will focus on an agile approach to delivering change.
Parseq will be presenting alongside Ann-Marie Stagg, CEO of the CCMA, where we will share with you our approach to managing the change agenda and how it’s enabled us to balance the needs of our clients, customers and employees.
Managing Director of Parseq’s Contact Centre division, Graham Stein, will welcome delegates alongside Iain Gibson, winner of Contact Centre Manager of the Year – Outsourcing at the 2017 UK National Contact Centre Awards. The event will also include a tour of Parseq’s contact centre followed by a question and answer session.
Networking opportunities will be throughout the day over tea/coffee and lunch. The event will take place from 9am to 1pm. We hope to see you there.
