We’re delighted that our very own Iain Gibson has been shortlisted in the UK National Contact Centre Awards for Contact Centre Manager of the Year.
Iain is an Operations Manager based in our Glasgow office and has worked for Parseq for over three years. He leads a large team of circa 200 people where he delivers against multiple KPIs and aligns the Parseq team with the client’s values and objectives.
Graham Stein, Managing Director for Parseq’s Contact Centre division nominated Iain for the award and had this to say, “Iain leads by example. He is driven by obtaining the best result for his people, clients and their customers. He’s an inspirational leader that clearly motivates his team and he simply sets people up for success.
“He absolutely deserves this award shortlisting and I wish him the best of luck for the awards ceremony.”
The gala dinner will take place on Tuesday 16 May at The Brewery in London. On the run-up to the event, and on his achievement so far, Iain commented, “To be nominated and then shortlisted for Contact Centre Manager of the Year is recognition in itself and I’m really proud to have got to this stage in the UK National Contact Centre Awards.
“This is an individual award but I couldn’t do what I do every day without the team I have behind me. I’m now getting ready for the next phase of the judging process and I’m looking forward to the awards evening which is only a few weeks away.”
