Salary: £14,625 ,per annum, plus uncapped commission (OTE £26,000)
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9am until 5.30pm, Friday 9am until 3.30pm (37.5 hours per week)
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced B2B Sales Advisor to join our team based in Rotherham. We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individuals to be part of our sales team.
As a B2B Sales Advisor you will be required to contact and develop new relationships with businesses with the objective to negotiate and promote products. You will be a professional and effective communicator, able to build great rapport with business customers and deliver sales success and customer satisfaction.
- Promoting products
- Lead Generation
- Maintaining and developing relationships with customers via telephone calls and emails;
- To accurately complete all customer details & sales information to the required standard.
- Build upon your candidate pipeline, by engaging prospective customers and converting warm leads onto sales.
- Working to daily, weekly and monthly targets
Skills & Behaviors required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish credibility and build relationships with external parties.
- Ability to successfully persuade, influence and negotiate with external parties.
- Excellent IT skills, with proven working knowledge of Databases and MS Office including advanced MS Excel.
- The initiative to propose solutions and to take action independently
- Able to prioritise within a busy challenging environment.
- Able to work well as part of a team as well as individually.
